Start a US company from anywhere in the world.
We register your LLC, get your EIN from the IRS, and hand you the document pack a US bank will ask for. One flat price — the state’s own fee shown separately, at cost.
From $199.00 plus the state fee — as little as $249.00 all in, in New Mexico.
Everything a non-resident actually needs
The parts that stop most people are the EIN and the bank account. Both are handled here.
Built for founders outside the US
No Social Security Number, no US address and no US visit required. That is the normal case here, not an exception we work around.
EIN without an SSN
We obtain your federal tax number directly from the IRS on the paper route that works without an SSN or ITIN.
Your name off the public record
Registered agent service is included for a full year, so it is our address on the state register rather than your home.
Bank-ready from day one
Formation documents, EIN letter and an operating agreement written around your actual ownership — the pack banks ask for.
How it works
Four steps. You do the first two.
- 1
Tell us about your company
One form: the name you want, who owns it, and where you want it registered. Around ten minutes.
- 2
Pay once, up front
Card or bank transfer. The state's fee is shown separately, at cost — no surprises added later.
- 3
We prepare and file
We check your name against the state register, prepare the paperwork, and lodge it for you.
- 4
You get your documents
Your approved filing, your EIN, and your operating agreement — all in your dashboard to download.
Straightforward pricing
One payment up front. The state’s filing fee is added at cost and shown on its own line — we do not mark it up.

A real US street address for your filings, website and bank application, for a year. Keeps your home address off the public record.

Where to register
We file in the states that make sense for founders abroad. Both fees below go to the state, not to us.
Wyoming
The usual choice. No state income tax, strong privacy, and the lowest ongoing cost of any well-regarded state.
- State filing fee
- $100.00
- Ongoing (annual)
- $60.00
- Typical approval
- 1-2 business days
New Mexico
The cheapest to keep alive — no annual report and no annual fee at all. Owner names stay off the public record.
- State filing fee
- $50.00
- Ongoing (none)
- None
- Typical approval
- 1-3 business days
Delaware
What investors expect to see. Worth the higher annual franchise tax if you plan to raise money from US funds.

- $110.00
- Ongoing (annual)
- $300.00
- Typical approval
- 1-3 business days

Questions people actually ask
Do I need to be in the US, or have a US visa?
No. A US LLC can be owned entirely by people who have never set foot in the country. You do not need a visa, a green card, or a US address of your own.
Can I get an EIN without a Social Security Number?
Yes. The online IRS route needs an SSN or ITIN, but there is a paper route that does not, and it is the one we use for owners outside the US. It takes longer — usually a few weeks rather than minutes — which is why it is priced separately.
Which state should I choose?
If your business has no physical presence in the US, Wyoming and New Mexico are almost always the sensible answer: low cost, no state income tax and good privacy. Pick Delaware if you expect to raise money from US investors. Pick the state you actually operate in if you have staff, stock or premises there.
Will you open my bank account for me?
We prepare everything the bank asks for and walk you through the application, and on the Premium package we guide you through it directly. No one can promise approval — that decision is always the bank's.
What does it cost to keep the company going?
Each state charges an annual fee to keep your company in good standing, shown next to each state below. Registered agent service renews yearly after the first year. We tell you both numbers before you pay, not afterwards.
How long does it take?
Approval times are set by the state and by the IRS, not by us. We give the typical range and keep you posted, but we cannot guarantee a date.
Do I have to pay US tax?
It depends entirely on where you live, where you work from, and what your business does. A single-owner LLC with no US presence is often not taxed in the US, but it usually still has to file. We are not tax advisers — this is exactly the point at which to speak to an accountant who handles cross-border cases.
Ready when you are.
The application takes about ten minutes. Nothing is charged until you have seen the full total.
